( 2 Fin Set ) Futures Compatible Twins: The new True Ames High Pro Twin was created to not only serve existing tried and true designs, but to also fit the current needs of new board development and experimentation in the twin realm. Pushing the boundaries and performance of twin designs from beachies to solid overhead surf has become more of a widely pursued endeavor, and our goal was to offer an in-house concept to meet the need. Constructed from high quality solid fiberglass, these fins are firm, stable, and excel at producing lift in a wide variety of conditions. These fins will provide down-the-line speed, power off the bottom and through the lip, as well as smooth rail-to-rail surfing. Sized slightly smaller than your standard upright performance twin, these fins pack a lot of punch in a neat package. Still featuring a healthy amount of base width and area through the tip, these fins will both hold off the bottom and through searing carves - but will still release when the time is right. Controlling the balance between speed and maneuverability is the name of the game here, and the High Pro twin is well suited to meet the need.
