Frequently asked questions

How are surfboards packaged for shipping?

Every board is wrapped in protective foam sheeting, bubble wrap, and placed inside a heavy-duty cardboard surfboard box with reinforced rails. We pack boards the way we'd want ours packed.

Is shipping insurance included?

Yes. Every board is insured to its full value during transit. If anything happens, we handle the claim and make it right — replacement board or full refund.

Can I pick up my board in person?

Absolutely. Local pickup is available by appointment at our workshop in San Clemente, CA. We'll walk you through your new board in person.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic shipping within the continental US typically runs $100–$200 depending on board size and destination. Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders are quoted individually. We keep rates as low as possible.

What carriers do you use?

FedEx and UPS for domestic ground shipping. For international and oversized boards, we use freight carriers with door-to-door delivery. Signature required on all deliveries.

What if my board arrives damaged?

Inspect your board immediately upon delivery. If there's any damage, take photos before moving or unwrapping it further, then contact us within 48 hours. We'll handle the insurance claim and get you a replacement.

Do you ship multiple boards together?

Yes. We offer multi-board boxes for orders of 2+ boards, which often reduces per-board shipping cost. Great for team orders and wholesale accounts.
