The Triton Keels are a more raked back keel template. Think lots of speed down the line and clean lines with full-rail-engagement turns. You’ll be able to maintain and even build speed through turns on these beauties. We kept the surface area moderate so that they wouldn’t feel tracky and would allow you to slide the tail loose when you want to. We’ve been making this template for nearly four years, and folks have been stoked. They go great in a wide range of fish shapes; from retro long fish in the 6-9’ range; to more contemporary style, high performance and hybrid fish. We’ve also found them to work well for slightly larger surfers; looking for keels that offer a little more drive and hold.
