About this fin
Harley's new pro model twin set designed for use in the HIBT 3+3 model. Performance Material Size Overview Harley Ingleby's new HIBT 3+3 model has opened up a whole new world of fin configurations for surfers. When the accompanying Harley Ingleby HIBT Quad Set is purchased alongside this twin fin set, the following fin configurations are possible: Quad Twin Asymmetrical quad and twin. All these options are shown in the photos to illustrate the options. Please note that the quad set is sold separately. To quote Harley, " Taking the versatility of the HIBT to new levels is the 3+3 fin system , letting you ride it as a true quad , true twin , or an asym fin setup . It’s like having three boards in one - super versatile, super fun". Highest area twin set in the FCS range; as a result, can be pushed harder through turns. Moderate sweep (rake), full tip and longer base deliver incredible drive and speed. Lower depth value maintains manoeuvrability and looseness off the top and through turns. Designed in collaboration with Harley Ingleby for use on his new HIBT 3+3 model. When paired with the new Harley Ingleby Quad set fin all configurations on the HIBT 3+3 will be available. This is a true twin fin set and does not include a stabiliser centre fin. Board Types Designed to fit the FCS II Fin System. Recommended for all board types including fish, funboard and twin fin boards. Performance Glass Performance Glass (PG) fins are machine cut from layers of solid fibreglass. These fins are stiff and are widely used by pro-level surfers because the integrity of the flex is maintained under immense force, and in the most extreme of conditions and situations. Large - Extra Large New Sizing for Specialty Fins S-M: (Under 75Kg / Under 143 Lbs) M-L: (70Kg - 90Kg / 132 - 187 Lbs) L-XL: (Above 85Kg / Above - 176 Lbs) You may notice new size ratings for our Specialty Fin Range. Previously, all Specialty Series fins were rated an XL. To better reflect fin sizing, we now have 3 new size categories: S-M, M-L, and L-XL.
