Welcome to the New Lundquist Surfboards
We rebuilt our website from the ground up. Here is what changed and why it matters for your next custom order.
Blake Lundquist
Founder & Designer
We have been building custom surfboards in San Clemente for years, but our online presence never matched the quality of our boards. That changes today.
What's New
The new lundquistsurfboards.com is built to give you everything you need to understand what goes into your board before you order it. Nine in-depth build guides cover every decision point — from foam and resin types to glassing schedules and fin box options. Every model page includes stock dimensions, fin recommendations from Futures, FCS II, True Ames, and NVS, and a direct path to start your custom order.
Why We Built This
We have always believed that an educated customer makes the best decisions. When you understand why we use s-cloth instead of e-cloth on your shortboard, or why PU + Epoxy is our default resin combination, you are more invested in the final product. The Build Guide section is the core of this site — not an afterthought.
What's Coming
We are rolling out a 3D board customizer powered by Shape3D that will let you visualize your board before we cut the blank. Real board photography is being added as builds come off the racks. And we are expanding our stock board offerings for surfers who want to ride a Lundquist without the wait.
